Courtney Ellenbogen founded Aesthetic Partners in 2018 as she completed her MBA at Harvard Business School. With a diverse background in healthcare investment, she previously worked at the Carlyle Group in New York, where she invested in healthcare businesses from their flagship $13 billion US Buyout Fund. Courtney also gained experience at Deutsche Bank in healthcare investment banking and Johnson & Johnson in Digital Health Partnerships. Additionally, she held a role at Victress Capital, a seed venture capital firm focused on female-founded digital brands. Courtney earned a B.S. in Economics from Duke University while competing in professional golf events, and now enjoys outdoor pursuits and exploring national parks in her free time.
