Jay A. Shorr, BA, MBM-C, CAC I-XVIis the CEO and Founder of Shorr Solutions, a consulting firm assisting aesthetic practices with their operations, administration and finances. Jay served as the VP of Operations for a leading dermatology and cosmetic surgery practice in South Florida. Since 2017, Jay serves on the Advisory Board for The Aesthetic Show and co-led Shorr Solutions to win The Aesthetic Guide’s 2018-2021 Best Practice Management Company Awards. He co-led Shorr Solutions to win the 2017-2023 Top Aesthetic Service Provider Awards from Aesthetic Everything, serves as an international speaker and serves as an adjunct faculty at Florida Atlantic University.
