Matt entered the field of Aesthetics in 1996, opening Mint Aesthetics as an independent rep group for non-surgical aesthetic equipment. Mint is now a full-service training and consulting company and has worked with over 2000 clinics in North America. In 2001 he opened AesthetiCare MedSpa in Kansas City. AesthetiCare is now one of the most successful MedSpas in the country with two locations generating over $13 Million a year in revenues. Aestheticare was voted one of the country’s Top 10 Med Spas by AmSpa. Matt has spoken at 100s of aesthetic conferences and is considered one of the nation’s leading experts in the med spa industry.
