Shirlee has been working with Dr DiBernardo since 1992. Sarah Viebrock, RN, BSN, Austin Plastic Surgeon is a registered nurse who specializes in aesthetics. Dr. Kane is a noted plastic surgeon who has lectured internationally at the forefront of non-surgical facial rejuvenation. He graduated from the Jefferson Medical College five-year Program in Cooperative Medical Education, attaining both his undergraduate degree and medical degree in only five years. He was a member of the Hobart Hare Honor Society in medical school. Dr. Kane then completed a general surgery residency at New York Medical College. Matthew Meckfessel is a PhD scientist with a background in biochemistry who loves to tell stores by bringing the science to life. He’s currently the Director of Medical Affairs for Galderma’s Aesthetic and Consumer businesses where he leads a team of scientists and pharmacists to elevate the clinical and scientific understanding of these products. At Galderma, he’s led the development and launch of Galderma’s Skinovation Lab™ to generate novel and innovative data insights across various products. Dr. Meckfessel has partnered on numerous launches at Galderma including Restylane Contour, Sculptra Cheek Wrinkles, Restylane Eyelight,and many others.

Matt Willliams, Vice President of Allergan Medical Institute, leads a team dedicated to driving portfolio educational initiatives to responsibly develop continued excellence in Aesthetics in partnership with our providers. Prior to his current role, Mr. Williams led the Body Contouring division of Allergan Aesthetics successfully launching two new platforms in the body contouring market. An industry veteran, Mr. Williams has spent the last 25 years in a variety of leadership roles across large pharma (Johnson & Johnson, Sanofi-Aventis), small med-tech start up’s and the last 5 years in the Aesthetics Market as a leader at Allergan Aesthetics.
