Aesthetic Mentor was founded by Harvard-trained, board certified plastic surgeon, Dr. Joseph Russo with the goal of providing comprehensive hands-on medical aesthetic training with a strong focus on safety and continuing education. His experience as a practitioner and trainer for the major industry brands, such as Allergan, Merz, Galderma, and Cutera, inspired him to use what he knows to show students how they can become providers too. He started the Aesthetic Mentor in 2013, which evolved into Aesthetic Mentor after years of classes, lesson plan improvements, and team building.
